- Owner is the young couple, they and their mother and two son live together. They wanted the house created felling comfortable when using, always want to get back home as soon as possible after finish stress day. Any spaces can conection together, everywhere can use nature daylight in daytime and created natural ventilation are owner’s primary care.
- With 3.85M width and 27M deep, it is really a big challenge for arrange stair place inside house and get natural daylight for first and second floor (normal houses in vietnam just have 15-20M deep). Front of house by 5 highway (is main road help go to other provinces near hanoi city easier), so lucky when back side of house has a narrow road (3M width) help go to inside of house from back side more easy. The right side has a two floor house and the left side has a three floor house.
- The main facade is southwest, therefore we designed balcony and tree planters
race out in floors with different length, the largest tree planter is on 5th floor and gradually decreases to the 2nd floor (1.2M) as well as to the roof (1.8M) creating an impressive beveled facade shape. This is both a solution to effectively block the sun from noon to evening and help create an impressive landscape for the front of the house, help the house become separate from the outside environment, prevents noise and dust from outside from entering the house, making life better.
- This house used for living and business. There is electric golf cart showroom in 1st floor. Office in 2nd floor with a big garden in front of house, it is wonderful place for rest and relaxation. There are two staircase in 1st floor to go up 2nd floor for staff. 3rd to 5th floor is live of place. There are two bedrooms in 3rd floor with a rest place in lobby. A bedroom in back of house in 4th floor have a void by balcony, we are easy to look up and down through this void, this is also a emerency way in back of house. Living room and kitchen arranged in front of house help to get natural daylight easier and have a big view to look in front of house. 5th floor have altar room and a big garden in front, This is extremely rare in tube houses in Vietnam. At there have swing, a big aquarium, table dining and a lot of trees to bring a fresh space, comfortable for owner. Everyone can dring a cup of coffee and watch fish to start a new day, look city night after stress day.

Voids arrange in each floor but still ensure connection help escape to lower floors and get out in emergency situation
