High-end modular house in Mallorca with a Mediterranean style, custom-designed and inspired by two of the models in the inHAUS catalogue 111 of modular houses (Sotogrande and Llucmajor models).
A prefabricated single-family home with a total of 249 m² and an H-shaped floor plan. Pure Mediterranean style with a marked character that connects it with the land and its surroundings. Adding a modern design, this modular house features natural stone and white tones on its façade with single-layer finishes. Aspects that give identity to the architecture of the Balearic Islands.
An imposing aesthetic with natural stone and summer style, in keeping with its surroundings and the landscape. It ended up becoming an inHAUS catalogue model (Alicante Model) available for other clients to design their own similar home.
The natural stone of the façade and a pergola surround the terrace and swimming pool area of the house. Conceived to enjoy the views and the rest area.
One of the keys to this exclusive residence in Mallorca is the connection between the interior and exterior. The materials used on the façade are repeated in the interior spaces, such as natural stone.
In addition, the continuity of the spaces and their distribution is special, an example is the pivoting wooden door that gives access to the house, which inside is only visible as a white wall in movement.
A stone staircase connects the two floors and harmonises the interior and exterior design with the presence of this noble and natural material. The neatness of the lines, the powerful visuals, the fluidity of the spaces and the forcefulness of the whole harmonise the beauty of this house.
The master bedroom, with en suite bathroom and dressing room, is located on the ground floor, completed by another room that can be used as a guest bedroom.
The ceramic floor gives way to wood on the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, connected by a hall-dressing room, and a study or games room.
The spacious living-dining room is independent from the kitchen, thanks to a very important element on both sides: a sculptural glass cabinet in the kitchen area, in front of a large 4.30 metre island, and a fireplace in the living room area.
