The building was designed as a large dark volume, to contain four commercial spaces each one with about 100 m2 divided over 2 floors.
The main entry of the stores is located on the upper floor, at street level. This elevation is designed as a large glazed area where punctually the weathering steel structures appears marking all the entrys.
In the posterior elevation, is assumed the perception of a dark volume where the windows are rhythmically placed to allow its dematerialization. Inside predominates, in contrast to the outside, the white color which presents itself on the walls and ceilings.
