This competition was based on three simple ideas: Flexibility, Sustainability and Accessibility. Concepts supported by information and communication technology as well as deep investigation on how to live today. A house suitable to the current way of living and at the same time able to transform itself in order to satisfy the way of dwelling in the future.

The patio house and the Andalusian way of life were the inspiration to the project for a building of multifamily housing, strengthening the collective experience inside.
