The house is composed of ground-floor and first floor. In the ground floor are the public areas of the house, living room, dining room, kitchen, office and toilet. The garage is located just north and in the West top of the garage is placed a room for storage and laundry. The first floor is intended for private use. There are two rooms and two suites facing the tops of the house, all organized around the stairs, which is punctuated by the natural light entering through a skylight. The main entrance is covered by the volume of the rooms. The size of this covered area allows access permanently protected from adverse weather conditions. The composition results from the relationship of the two distinct volumes. The volume of the first floor has a regular and rigid image that rests over the ground-floor, which has a more organic shape.
