The project foresees the construction of a single-family house that will be used initially as a secondary residence and later as a primary residence. Its construction is planned in two phases. The first phase foresees the construction of a ground floor + R+1 on a basement with a terrace, including an entrance area, a kitchen/dining area, a living area, a master suite as well as children's rooms and a TV area. The second phase foresees the construction of a separate studio and covering a car parking space, as well as the construction of a swimming pool (in two variants).

Context
In a purely contemporary language, the concept foresees the distribution of the masses in several volumes that communicate with the surrounding nature and take advantage of the exceptional view on the landscape. The different zones inside are clearly defined and communicate with each other at the same time. Access by car is either through the basement garage or on the ground floor. This allows easy access for people with reduced mobility.

Materials
The structure of the house (DRC and R+1) is planned in wood, either in timber frame, or in solid wood panels (CLT).  The two upper levels rest on a reinforced concrete basement and semi-buried.

The materials visible on the exterior will be
- walls: larch or red-cedar siding, horizontal blade
- roof : zinc roofing, natural or pre-patinated anthracite
- joinery: aluminum nature
