The new Marina Tower residential development is a landmark on the Danube and connects the waterfront with the city by covering the street and railtracks running along the river.

The tower contains apartments of various different sizes that all have outdoor spaces, either loggias or balconies. A Children’s playground is located on the roof of the lower part of the building. Kindergarten facilities along with a spa and fitness centre, shops,restaurants and a range of services, such as a concierge service are part of the program.
