The Mrzanabad Villa is located in a city with the same name. Marzanabad is the closest green city of Mazandaran province to Tehran while passing through the beautiful road of Tehran-Chalus, one of three major roads that connect Tehran to Mazandaran province, and the shortest path towards Caspian Sea from Tehran.
Marzanabad is located on a T-junction of the roads towards Tehran, Chalus and Kelardasht. It is about 25 km away from both Chalus and Kelardasht while it is about 170 km away from Tehran via Tehran-Chalus road. Due to the location of the city, it attracts thousands of tourists each year from all parts of Iran, but especially from Tehran.
Marzanabad is close to the site of the medieval town of Sa‘īdābād, which served as a garrison town during Abbasid times.
The Marzanabad project has an area of 480 square meters and is located on a land area of 965 square meters. This building has a unique location in such a way that no obstacle can ever limit its wonderful view.
The land on which this villa is built has a very steep slope, so that from north to south the land has a slope with a height of 17 meters.
The slope of the land is so high that if someone enters the area from the south door of the land, they must climb 100 steps to enter the building.
This villa has 3 floors, the lowest floor of which consists of a sauna and a swimming pool and a small residential suite.
On the first floor, the villa includes a living room, kitchen, dining room and guest bedroom, and on the second floor, there is a private living room and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an office and a large terrace.
The design style of the project is modern and its facade is made of white cement, wood and glass.
In the design of the area, great attention has been paid to green space, so that space has been created in various places for planting special trees, and in front of the main door and entrance of the villa, a hole has been created in the roof of the building so that a cypress tree can pass through it, adding to the villa's beauty.
