Integrating technology, health, and urban experience was the guiding principle behind Space Plan’s design for the new MedSystems space—a multifunctional environment aimed at physicians, dentists, estheticians, and entrepreneurs in the beauty sector. Located in São Paulo, the project reshapes the relationship between brand, visitors, and city by creating fluid pathways and environments that balance technical precision with a welcoming atmosphere.

The starting point was the creation of a clear and intuitive flow capable of accommodating a complex program while ensuring functionality and continuity. The journey begins in an interactive café, marked by a diagonal axis that leads visitors toward a window overlooking the city. Along this axis, a 10-meter LED panel communicates the brand in a striking way, transforming the space with dynamic content and creating varied scenarios for the reception area.

Illuminated polycarbonate panels reinforce the project’s technological character, while curved millwork organizes the space, accommodates future activations, and brings lightness to the circulation. A palette of soft, natural tones enhances the welcoming atmosphere of the entrance.

After the café, visitors are guided to a spacious product exhibition center designed to be flexible and highly technological. This area connects to an auditorium prepared for lectures and training sessions, as well as to clinical rooms, where off-white tones prevail, softened by ceilings with subtle color gradients that create a visually pleasant environment for procedure demonstrations. The clinical areas also include a dressing room and a photography studio for patient care.

The journey culminates in business areas equipped with rooms for webinars, podcasts, and meetings, as well as an interactive store. Shelving and totems display the brand’s product range, while miniature mockups enhance the visitor’s sensory experience and strengthen their connection to the content presented throughout the space.

Polycarbonate pivot doors, custom-designed for the project, integrate the store with the product center, ensuring continuity between environments. An alternative path leads to a premium area with comfortable lounges and a collaborative table for meetings, expanding the possibilities of use.

The combination of contemporary materials, a light color palette, and the integration of natural elements reinforces the contrast between the technological precision of MedSystems’ solutions and the lightness of human interaction. The result is an environment that welcomes, informs, and engages—reflecting the brand’s innovative spirit and offering a comprehensive experience for the professionals who use it.
