New Cross house is a sustainable refurbishment and remodel of a Victorian terraced house in south London.  A two storey timber framed rear extension brings daylight into the kitchen and study room whilst ensuring connectivity to the garden throughout.  The upper floors of the existing house consist of a remodelled open plan main bedroom and bathroom creating a unique experience for bathing and a relaxing retreat to sleep.

The project showcases the use of homegrown timbers, recyclable materials, a zero concrete floor slab and an Air Source Heat pump - all helping to achieve a low carbon building.
