The new NH Collection Hotel inside the historic Palazzo Victoria is located in the center of Verona, occupying a medieval building near the city's main landmarks. Designed by Progetto CMR, the intervention covers more than 70 rooms and suites, a meeting room, an internal garden, and a 70-seat restaurant, including 30 seats set within the 14th-century courtyard.
The redesign reorganizes the spatial layout of the ground floor, transforming the central hub into a contemporary reception and gathering area. The interior design integrates the building's historical fabric with modern detailing and contrasting color palettes. At the core of the project, the custom reception desk features curved lines inspired by the geometry of the Arena di Verona.
Due to the historical layout of the palazzo, each guest room presents a unique footprint, developed as a refined space focused on guest comfort and material quality. The project combines heritage preservation with modern hospitality standards, redefining the hotel's public and private spaces.
