Tinexta Headquarters: a central innovation Hub in Piazza Vetra

Tinexta commissioned Progetto CMR and Progetto Design & Build to design its new headquarters in Piazza Vetra, central Milan, consolidating the group's subsidiary companies into a single workspace focused on knowledge sharing.

Occupying approximately 4,000 sqm across two floors, the layout separates operational functions from executive offices. The space is organized along a branched plan where each company operates in dedicated wings connected to a central entry hub on the third floor. Known as the Innovation Center, this central area combines reception, client relation spaces, and fully immersive multimedia systems designed to highlight Tinexta’s technology-driven focus while fostering internal cohesion.

The interior aesthetic features clean geometries, dynamic angled lines, and a monochromatic palette of white, gray, and black, including exposed dark ceilings. Across the operational wings, each subsidiary has access to a localized "smart area" equipped with meeting spaces, phone booths, and informal lounge seating. The main break room offers varied seating configurations, from communal ten-person tables to quick-bench stations.

On the upper floor, the executive suite transitions to a formal, institutional design. Using high-end, non-traditional office materials, the space establishes a classic yet modern atmosphere tailored to corporate representation.
