The first territorial Working Hub for PwC Italia, designed by Progetto CMR, is located near the center of Monza within the former C.G.S. industrial area, a historic electrical meter manufacturing site founded by the Olivetti family. The project establishes a strategic regional base to serve local clients while reducing commute-related environmental impacts to the Milan headquarters.
Spanning over 800 sqm, the WELL-certified facility accommodates 84 workstations and is organized into two main zones: a client-facing area and an operational zone.
The Client Area combines hospitality and collaborative spaces, featuring open-space soft seating, acoustically isolated glass meeting boxes, and an integrated food point. Adjacent to this zone, a flexible Experience Centre utilizes sound-absorbing track curtains to divide into three simultaneous meeting rooms or open into a single conference hall. This area also includes an Arena, designed with stepped wooden seating for training sessions, informal meetings, and presentations.
The Operational Area features open-plan sit-to-stand workstations, touchdown points, and enclosed phone booths for confidential calls. Three main meeting rooms themed in PwC’s brand color palette frame the rear of the layout.
