The atrium in the middle of the former public space on Kleine Houtweg has been transformed into a multifunctional coffee room. A place for relaxation, work and consultation. A piece of furniture has been placed in the middle of the open space, visually one with the floor. On the closed office side, it functions as coffee furniture. A sustainable and circular office design, with an eye for the future and preservation of the existing. Fresh tones of green and white have been added to the subdued existing color palette. The deep green circular cast floor in the space is hard-wearing and requires minimal maintenance. A liquid form of linoleum, consisting purely of natural valuable materials, such as linseed oil, cork and mineral binders.
