In an area of seven hectares, located on the border of the city of Rosario and the town of Pérez, an office building is projected, responding to the guidelines of a master plan as a general organizer of the different disciplines that make the complexity of an asphalt plant, road machinery workshop, a construction company, a livestock farm and a future silos plant.

OFFICE BLOCK:

The project is based on two premises: relate to the semi-rural identity of the place, and provide a flexible work space that optimizes working conditions and human relationships. This flexibility is what allows future changes, programmatic or extensions.

A unique rectangular block is proposed, materialized by a fully exposed structure of exposed concrete, as a solid image of the construction company, and emphasized by the transparency of glass, as the only element of external enclosure. The absence of beams in the structure, allows the huge glazed cloths to reach the ceiling, generating a strong interior-exterior connection. The ship is made up of a single space, a free floor in double height: in the center the main entrance with the reception and the bar, in the east wing the administrative and agricultural-livestock areas are arranged, and in the west wing the areas of Engineering and Architecture of the company.

The sectorization of work areas occurs without the need to make enclosures that fulfill this function. It is decided to open the building to favorable orientations, closing to the South by two levels that house, on the ground floor the services and private rooms, and on the top floor management offices. It is proposed a longitudinal movement from end to end of the building that balconea to the entire central space in double height, allowing a permanent relationship between the upper floor and the free floor of the ship.
