Just a few steps away from the Stade de France, the Orange Stadium building spans nearly 30,000 m² across two structures and serves as a strategic hub for Orange Business, home to its consulting, integration and digital services teams. Since 2023, Parella has been managing a multi-year refurbishment project on the occupied site, with the dual ambition of meaningfully improve the day to day experience of thousands of employees whilst meeting the demanding energy performance targets.
The redesigned spaces draw inspiration from the building's proximity to the Stade de France, celebrating the spirit of sport and collective effort. Each floor is themed around a sport supported by Orange, and new social hubs called "Les Terrains" have been created to encourage exchange and creativity.
The transformation goes well beyond design. To reduce the building's environmental footprint and comply with the French Décret Tertiaire, the site has been upgraded with district cooling, modernised ventilation systems and full LED lighting.
Parella is also supporting Orange Business through the human side of change, providing internal communications and change management to help teams make the new environment their own. Two further phases are planned through Q2 2026, progressively opening the remaining spaces and welcoming teams relocated from other Orange Business sites.
