The Park Office project explores a workplace architecture that is responsive to both its urban context and institutional identity.
The design strategy emphasizes legibility and integration. Instead of an isolated corporate tower, Park Office is conceived as a structure that engages with its surroundings—aligning with street axes, activating the plinth, and mediating between public and private realms.
Inside, flexibility is a priority. Floorplates are designed to accommodate various programmatic combinations, enabling shifts in scale or configuration over time. Vertical circulation and service cores are positioned to maximize usable space and maintain clarity in the spatial sequence.
The facade seeks a balance between transparency and privacy. Strategic openings, layered sun-screens, and calibrated solid-void ratios allow natural light and visual continuity while avoiding excessive exposure. In this articulation, the building envelope acts as a spatial filter, defining thresholds between inside and outside.
Park Office positions itself not merely as a functional workplace, but as a calibrated architectural gesture within the city. It demonstrates how office typologies can contribute to the urban fabric, and how corporate identity can be expressed through spatial refinement rather than monumental form.
