It was important to visually split the facade design into smaller sections. The change of rhythm was achieved and emphasised by using materials with different textures and colours. Smooth render, wood effect render and brick slips interweaving and enriching the compact buildings facade.

This new building fits architecturally into the surrounding area with its small-town character approach. Well balanced composition within the façade helps visually break apart the compact volume of the building.
