This historic villa, located on the bank of the Bosporus, has been restored with a modern and contemporary twist. Capoferri provided the façade for this residence, which offers a stunning and exclusive view and encapsulates, thanks to highly sound-absorbing lift&slide windows, an oasis of peace in a city as frenetic as Istanbul.

The exterior is an ensemble of lines and geometries, juxtaposing the vertical movement of the knee-fold sun-breaking panels and the horizontal cladding of the ventilated façade.

While Mahogany has been the timber chosen for the windows, Capoferri opted for Red Cedar for the cladding. Both timbers are of the highest quality and very resistant to moist ambient, offering different features, well known to Capoferri and carefully chosen to provide the best performance, resistance and durability for each specific application
