With the project, Studio BR Arquitetura reached the milestone of 13,000 square meters built in the São Luiz Building
São Paulo, 2023 – Produtos Master, an importer and distributor of school and office products, has opened its new headquarters in São Paulo. With 800 m², the building has been optimized to host a variety of events, with five meeting spaces and disruptive environments that support more than 60 working positions. The space was designed so that every interaction with employees and clients would convey the company's new energy, seeking to create a functional environment that would accompany the team's growth.

The inspiration for the project came from the shapes and colors of the brand's new branding, which featured rounded corners and organic contours. The aim was for employees to feel more connected to the brand and the product, and for this connection to be reflected in the workplace.

The building is marked by exposed concrete pillars and walls with a unique texture. The texture of the building's original cladding, inspired by the French Art Deco school, has been retained, highlighting the fusion between classic and contemporary in the corporate headquarters.

Light shades of white and grey predominate, complementing the exposed concrete, and touches of color that match the brand's new palette - made up of purple, pink and orange. The reception area stands out, with granilite flooring, modern armchairs and shades of blue, also predominant in the project, recalling the client's first logo.

One of the main challenges of the project was to balance the brand's new, more relaxed identity with the clients' preference for a more formal office environment. The mineral lining was given elegance through the use of boards and testers, along with touches of color.

In addition, the project balances the functionality of the furniture with refined aesthetic elements, providing a pleasant and efficient environment for the team. An innovative solution was adopted in the CEO and CFO rooms, where the request to use carpets was replaced by a combination of carpet in the meeting spaces and vinyl flooring in the other spaces, creating a fun approach to floor covering.

Finally, the use of the corrugated glass partition in conjunction with modern design elements and bright colors results in an environment that balances the necessary formality with the fun and contemporaneity that Produtos Master wanted to incorporate into its space.  By adding a touch of elegance and subtlety, fluted glass stands out as an interior design option that can significantly enhance the experience in any space, promoting visual connectivity and the passage of light in an area that is both practical and pleasant.
