Casa RM is the result of a careful reading of the site and a pursuit of an essential architectural language, where form, structure, and landscape are intrinsically connected.

The residence is precisely positioned on the terrain through exposed concrete volumes that rest on and hover above the ground, minimizing site intervention while reinforcing continuity with the natural topography. The project explores the relationship between solids and voids as a spatial strategy, shaping paths, visual frames, and gradual transitions between interior and exterior spaces.

Concrete defines the structural logic and material character of the house, while glass acts as a dissolving element, allowing the landscape to permeate the living areas. Large transparent planes establish a direct visual and spatial connection with the garden and water features, expanding the perception of space and enhancing a contemplative living experience.

Water features are not conceived as ornamental elements but as integral components of the spatial system, contributing to environmental comfort and reinforcing an atmosphere of calm and introspection. Vegetation is incorporated as part of the architectural composition, emphasizing the idea that nature does not merely surround the house, but actively crosses through it.

Casa RM proposes a restrained and timeless architecture, where each spatial and constructive decision is guided by the relationship with the site, the honesty of materials, and the pursuit of an essential way of inhabiting.
