The project of the platform involves the reconstruction of two separate units of the administrative building of FANAP company. Since FANAP's mental model, as the main investor of the platform, is an insular mental model and according to this perspective, the teams are not involved in the activities of other working groups; FANAP's managers emphasized that the interior design of these two units should define the youthful and creative nature of the platform independently of FANAP's literature and tone.

In-depth studies on the platform's organizational brandbook activated the design team. In addition to functional visualization and a focus on contractual communications in the physical program, a space was designed that, while preserving the confidentiality and independence of the subsidiary companies, also established communication and interaction among them, ensuring that individuals are not isolated in their workstations. The archetypes of "Explorer-Magician" and "Ruler-Hero," which are the main archetypes of the platform's brand, were defined as the conceptual foundations of the design. For the second floor, considering the nature of the platform as an accelerator organization that supports startups, emphasis was placed on the "Ruler-Hero" as one of the main archetypes of the brand, and this idea took on a physical and visual aspect in the design of a spiral closed path that moves among shared spaces. This fluid access path, which starts from a point and, after passing through all the spaces, ends at the same starting point but at a higher level, is an interpretation of the concept that daily continuity in traversing the path will bring a bright future for the teams along with the platform. The use of blue color, which is the main organizational color code of the platform's brand, for this path is a reflection of its supporting position.

On the third floor, the client's request was to create direct communication and extensive interaction between employees and managers, as they believe that individuals in the platform are valuable assets with various roles. Therefore, the designers tried to create a homogeneous space where management and employee sections replicate each other in quality throughout the entire space. The use of diagonal lines and the design of a plan in the form of a spiral staircase, in which open office spaces were scattered as islands without repetitive patterns and only based on functional connections, was the visual and physical embodiment of this request. This spiral path, which is a symbol of the explorer and adventurous personality of the platform brand, moves through the space and provides access for individuals to all the work islands. These islands are bases that, supported by the platform and accompanied by its high-flying spirit, pursue the path of turning dreams into reality.
