What was the brief?
To create a soft, neutral back drop to allow the ocean views to be the hero.
What were the key challenges?
Spatially planning to create more space and utilise every possible square centimetre in the apartment. Solid concrete walls had to be moved to allow for a larger master bedroom and plumbing risers concealed into clever joinery solutions.
