SBI is a Family Office where there are business and social activities for the members of its families, promoting the creativity and friendship that unites them. SPACE designed a space as a result of a deep analysis of the needs of the client, inspired to create relaxed, elegant and timeless environments that evoke a sense of feeling at home but at the same time encourage work and inspire the generation of ideas that become business projects. Thus Club was born, the nerve center that functions as the heart of the project.
The different operating, support and reception areas surround Club. The operating areas were set up by family, by business unit for a better functioning of the activities. The staff areas are located in the center, the private areas around the façade of the building using glass to integrate natural light toward the interior of the space and to enjoy views outside from any point. The furnishing of Club is based on the concept of The Bonfire, a system of socializing used by our ancestors that naturally encourages collaboration and interaction, communication and the exchange of ideas.
The palette of finishings is based on neutral tones, natural rocks and walnut wood, achieving relaxed, tranquil and subdued atmospheres. The lighting is designed modulating temperatures according to the activities, generating warm or cold spaces depending on the use of the spaces, varying between 3500 and 4500 degrees Kelvin. A decrease in the consumption of electricity was proposed using occupancy sensors in the closed spaces.
SBI is a project designed by SPACE, which offers a warm, human and elegant space, intended to improve the performance of the organization, promoting social integration and perpetuating the friendship that unites them.
