The apartment is located in the One Floreasca residential complex in Bucharest and serves as a rental home, so one of the natural requirements of the brief was to create a space that would suit the different personalities of the people who will live in it.

In the process of this arrangement, the first thing the team considered was the functionality of the space, but the element that makes Dofinteriors projects unique is that of integrating emotion into the arrangement, by creating spaces that induce the natural need to enjoy the moment. present. Thus, the house becomes an oasis of peace and relaxation in the middle of the urban noise, so present every day.

The house is the place that has to tell a story, to be a space that can withstand the passage of time, by using quality products and a celebration of the things that matter. The space was taken from the developer, and the existing finishes in the space allowed it to be treated like a white cloth. The neutral color line of the whole arrangement is the perfect background for small personal inserts and thus addresses a wide audience.

The lowered ceiling on the entrance area creates a narrow perspective, which, as you advance in space, generously opens up to an impressive panoramic view over the city. Every room enjoys access to the outdoor terrace. The long facade of the apartment is almost entirely glazed, with windows of generous height, from floor to ceiling, which allow access to natural light freely in the space.

The lighting scheme has been designed in such a way that all types of light scenarios can be used in each room. The parietal finishes are highlighted by LED strips, and the decorative lighting fixtures have a sculptural character, thus contributing to the creation of a special atmosphere. Recessed spotlights tick the role of general lighting in space, while sconces and lamps have been incorporated for their spotlight.

The kitchen, present in the open space of the living area, has been designed in such a way as to invite connection by accommodating a generous island facing the glass facade of the house. This creates an open and flexible space.
The custom furniture pieces were thought in the same stylistic tone during the arrangement, in order to obtain a harmonious image at the end.

The modular sofa is the perfect basic element for obtaining an inviting space for spending free time in personal intimacy or with those close to you.

The open space living area becomes the relaxation generating space by inserting a modular sofa. The presence of nature is brought on stage by the integration of a pot hidden in the dresser and by the plant motifs present in the design of the wallpaper on the wall, with a graphic created especially for this project.
The dining table brings an element of warmth through the use of wood and due to its design in simple and clean lines, it gives way to the main role of the sculptural chairs that surround it.

The master bedroom is designed so that the transposition in a scenography of peace and relaxation is a natural one, both visually and tactilely. Textile elements - such as carpets, drapes and upholstered bed - bring the warmth and sensory element to the fore, ensuring a restful and quality sleep.

The result is a carefully thought out and functional arrangement, highlighted in a minimalist, slender and transparent way and by capitalizing on every detail in the best possible way, a defining feature for the Dofinteriors team's mission to improve the quality of life through design.
