This has certainly happened with these builders. An exhausting, exhausting process.

In this case, LORENZATELIERS first proposed to the client a condominium with a penthouse. This turned out to be impracticable - so again a detached house. The client owns a hunt on the Hechenberg and shops in the city centre. Between these two places LORENZATELIERS pulled an axle and set up a long, narrow building. The two-storey living room opens to the Hechenberg, the work and children's rooms to the city centre. So, the house is "located". The north side is closed except for a narrow slot, the other three sides are open and offer a breath-taking mountain panorama.
