Shopping center designed in 2010 and opened in 2013, located in the center of Maringá. With an extensive and complex program (total built area 40,000m², hypermarket, shopping center with 32 stores, food court, 675 spaces for cars and Angeloni support area), land facing Avenidas Horácio Raccanello Filho and Bento Munhoz da Rocha Netto, important and on a slope resulted in a clean composition, whose volumetry emphasized the main entrance and its openings provided a visual integration of the food court with the external surroundings. State-of-the-art technological repertoire enabled construction in record time, with the application of the ''clean work'' and sustainability concept.
