The contrast between the striking brick façade and the discrete façade elements creates a dynamic whole in this multifamily residence.

The discrete design of the more than 4,000 m² of fibreglass-reinforced polymer composite façade panels that Steni has supplied for this building helps to accentuate the striking brick façade. Architect Karsten Nagel of Mangor and Nagel says:

“It is important to be conscious of the role of individual materials in the project, and the façade panels from Steni help to create a distinctive and contrasting whole.”

They have chosen glass bay windows under the gables towards the open area to create a feeling of openness and views from residences. The outdoor areas have also been given a huge boost with the creation of a large green “wedge” with a new activity centre that encourages activities and socialising.
