The project is about a four storey apartment building with a pilotis in Halandri, an area about 15 minutes driving distance from Athens city center.The building is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. The living areas of the building are isolated from the road .Each apartment of the building has balconies facing the garden. The challenge was to design a quite "island" in a busy area.The building's architecture is strict and simple. In fact it is a lego structure, clear and functional. Special mention deserves mr Stefanos Tsakalos, whose efforts and skills were crusial for the completion of the project.
