The project is designed as a nature-inspired masterplan on Dubai Islands where landscape, water, and architecture flow as one integrated system. Inspired by the fluid movement of shorelines, waterways, and natural formations, the development unfolds around a central lagoon that shapes residences, hospitality, retail, and pavilions as part of one continuous pedestrian network.

Flowing building forms and layered terraces extend this natural language vertically, creating a resort-like waterfront experience defined by movement through water, greenery, and interconnected layers of living.​
