Tianfu Innovation Plaza is located at Tianfu Science Area, to the east of Tianfu Avenue and to the north of Science City Road. Tianfu Qingrong Centre District C and D are located due north of the Youth Centre. The project takes up a total area of 71964.98m2, including office buildings, commercial and residential apartments.
With the architectural form imitating the motion of “opening up the box”, the design implies the vision of “breaking the boundary” and “breaking out of the shell” of start-up entrepreneurship.
Our design scheme adopts a youth-oriented approach, fulfilling the program needs with flexible and interactive space as well as providing a unique and dynamic spatial experience. In terms of architecture form, the overall height and density gradually rises from north to south and from east to west. It realizes a smooth transition from the nature (Xinglong Lake) to the urban. An active and permeable indoor-and-outdoor space as well as a comprehensive green network is realized through the internal and external street system. It echoes with the “Park City” planning concept of the Tianfu New District.
