The new headquarters of Tinexta occupies over 4,500 sqm within the Torri Moretti complex in Rome. The intervention consolidates more than 300 employees, translating the Group’s rebranding process into a cohesive spatial system.

The layout is organized around two collective hubs. On the first level, a flexible innovation area functions as a reconfigurable arena for events, presentations and internal exchange, integrating digital infrastructure within a clear architectural framework. Above, a large break area supports informal interaction, reinforcing collaboration across different business units.

The interior language aligns with the corporate identity: neutral tones are combined with the institutional blue, while angular geometries reinterpret graphic elements of the brand, embedding the “One Group” principle into space.

The project was developed through the integrated collaboration of Progetto CMR, Progetto Design & Build and InFire, ensuring coherence between architectural design, construction and fire safety strategy
