Trend Group’s new Cape Town workspace is a showcase of its turnkey design-and-build capability, balancing functionality with comfort and human connection.
The design brief called for a flexible office that could support hybrid work, reflect the company’s visual identity, and serve as an inspiring environment for clients and staff alike.

Soft finishes, layered textures, and warm, natural materials set a calming tone throughout. Highlights include a central canteen for team gatherings, semi-private call pods, and a hands-on sample island designed for client interaction. Custom joinery, bespoke lighting, and integrated smart technologies – such as automated blinds and iPad-enabled boardroom bookings – ensure the space is both beautiful and efficient.

All materials were carefully selected with sustainability in mind, incorporating repurposed furniture, locally sourced products, and biophilic elements to improve indoor air quality.
