The effects of the revolving sunlight throughout the day and year, along with the biophilic features in both the interior and exterior spaces of the structure (such as plants in wet areas, landscaping, bioclimatic add-ons, massive and natural materials, etc.), strengthen the sensory and emotional experience established between the user and the building. In line with the region's typology, the structure is situated on 3 different levels. The lower level contains communal living areas; the middle section houses the living area and one bedroom, while the upper level accommodates 3 bedrooms, creating an environment capable of meeting the needs of a large family. In the Twin Villa, where architectural elements are integrated into the design, exposed concrete emerges in all architectural aspects, including the structure's components, details, supporting system, infrastructure, interior materials, and furniture designs.
