A Mixed-Use Project

NSDA Architects as Architects

UpTown in West Coquitlam features two concrete towers connected by a podium located a half block from Burquitlam Station on SkyTrain’s Evergreen Line. Uptown is anchored at the base of the towers by the major grocery store chain Safeway, along with other retail store fronts. The development is helping to create a new up-and-coming community in the area.

Located on the rise at Clarke Road and Como Lake, many of the 438 homes, a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, will enjoy expansive views. Each home is designed to increase the flexibility of the space available with open spaces and efficient storage.

A 2,315 sq. ft. wellness pavilion featuring a fitness room, yoga studio, infrared sauna and steamroom is located on an extensive landscaped amenity podium. Additional amenity is provided in the form of private lounges for resident’s use.
