Villa 600 is located in the central part of the plot, adjacent to the main road, in primal location. We therefore considered given opportunity and designed terrace house with pavilion like top floor, which “extends towards yard, forest and nature.”
This villa is located on the viewing axis of the perimeter road. The view runs through the glass pavilion, completely unobstructed. It creates great views towards the landscape, the lake and the hills. The stepping down terraces located at the rear of the villa, the semi-private garden sunken into the green – all brings us closer to nature.
The integration with landscape is achieved also by an extensive use of operable glazed surfaces and cladding materials. The exterior and interior materials have been carefully chosen with connection to locally sourced materials. This villa external cladding material has been designed individually by us in an innovative way to create a bespoke, hand-made external tile.
We also addressed other required design aspects, such as ecology, rational construction methods, high quality finishing materials. The villas will definitely become an integrated part of the development and will be recognizable and enjoyed by their habitats.
