From the design perspective YAAF is not only a workspace but also a community space where people come to collaborate for generating ideas and innovation. We have created a new workspace environment mixed between an agile working space for project managers on site, sales & marketing teams who rarely work in the office with only Designers who need a fixed desk. So, the rest of the staff can work anywhere with a variety of seating that is provided.
The most successful of this project is that YAAF does create happiness and ownership in our own workplace.
