This home is unlike many others due to its attention to detail and stand out approaches to design. Suites were made to optimize on space with the bifold glass window installations. These windows provide a safety barrier but allows scenery to surround the home that is then magnified with amounts of nature light brought in.

The exterior adds an elegant but bold separation from the usual surroundings, through its dark façade enlightened only by the large set windows. Y&S Condos will be spotted from a far with its architectural details, including the box-like grid that leads viewers’ attention upwards.

The Y&S Condo is a multi functioning building, housing retail units at it’s base, commercial/office spaces from the second to sixth floor and residential in the 304 units above. These condos provide split bedrooms providing privacy, varying layouts to incorporate all residents and amenities that are primarily family-focused. The sleek architectural touches of the bifold doors allow the light to fill the rooms, feeling warmer and more spacious contrasts well with the bold exterior that aims to capture a timeless architectural expression.

Located in midtown, the endless adventures surround home. From fashion to food or even a ride through the park, all city attractions are a simple walk or bus away. The surrounding area of Yonge and Soudan Street is packed with shops, entertainment and more, but the possibilities don’t always have to be on the other side of the glass as the amenities in the Y&S Condos don’t leave much out. 15,000 sq. ft. of space has been dedicated to residence only, from fitness centers to party rooms and a media room for the kids, the whole family was taken into consideration in the design process.
