The very first brewery factory in Vietnam to achieve LEED certification by the United States Green Certification Council (USGBC). This project is an 8800 m2 factory/office for one of the leading producers of switchgear panels and electrical system providers in Iran. An environmentally responsible office project, focused on recycling and reusing both space and materials.  Developed inside a former textile factory from the first half of the twentieth century, Oficinas Leonali seeks to revive a disused space by giving another essence to the place. SO-IL gives cultural ensemble space in old glass factory

In the village of Meisenthal, located in the French Vosges Mountains, architectural firm SO-IL has given a new home to a number of cultural initiatives in an old glass factory. The three institutions - a museum, workshops for glassblowers and a multipurpose hall - have each been given more and better space. 99 COMMONS is a reinvented workshop tower in Tuen Mun designed to revitalize the aging industrial town by gathering a community of young entrepreneurs and creatives. We distilled elements from the surrounding nature, such as the iconic Castle Peak, the blue sky, the tree branches, and the Light Rail, to inform the design and crafts of the façade and lobby interior.
