The very first brewery factory in Vietnam to achieve LEED certification by the United States Green Certification Council (USGBC). Design idea was creating interesting and hi-tech look for main factory building facade, inspiring from beer bubble, the whole facade becomes outstanding at night by smart and controllable lighting system. The project was also certified with LEED for green building application.

Right from the time the first bricks were laid, the Barett factory has focused on the design to ensure that the technical standards are met: safety, efficient use of water and electricity, renewable energy, green landscape, ratio green space rate.

The building’s facade is constructed of perforated aluminum panels, featuring patterns that represent beer foam. With both functional and artistic value, the panels enhance the security of the facility, and symbolize the art and beauty of the gemstone. Such simple element, triangle and square, in different sizes is composed to create intricate lace pattern. Barett logo is integrated into pattern design as single identity. During day time, the view from interior space thru outer skin seems like viewing thru intricate curtain lace. At night, from the outside, it becomes delicate light box.
