APARTAMENTO MOEMA

Located in Moema, São Paulo, this apartment underwent a complete renovation guided by three main principles: enhancing the sense of spaciousness, integrating the living areas, and modernizing the residence while preserving as many of the original elements as possible that still offered quality and value to the project. The design sought to transform an outdated apartment into a contemporary, brighter, better-ventilated, and more welcoming home. To achieve this, light-colored walls, light-toned wood flooring, and warm yet subtle wood finishes in the custom millwork were selected, creating an elegant and timeless atmosphere. At the same time, the renovation embraced the apartment's existing character by restoring elements such as the... More

Terrá Apartment

The project was conceived through a series of simple formal strategies, where a few architectural gestures organize the spaces and establish a cohesive whole. The composition is guided by a carefully curated material palette, balancing natural wood, stone, and woven textiles. Repeated throughout the apartment, these materials create a continuous architectural language that naturally connects the spaces and reinforces the identity of the intervention. D Flat

D Flat is a top-floor apartment renovation in Vouliagmeni, Athens, set within a home open on three sides. In the existing layout, the main living areas faced a single direction, leaving the depth of the apartment underlit and the three-sided condition underused. The renovation rebalances the interior by opening the plan end to end, allowing daylight to travel the full 14.5 meters - from morning to evening - and by establishing a clear relationship between open, lively shared spaces and more serene private rooms. The plan is organized into three longitudinal zones: a living zone; a central service and infrastructure zone; and a sleeping zone beyond. The contrast is one of tempo and atmosphere. The common rooms remain open and flexible, desi... More

APARTAMENTO HIGIENÓPOLIS

When we started the Higienópolis Apartment project, we saw that it was an old and large apartment. However, due to the layout of the rooms, there were several small spaces. One of the main decisions in the architectural project was to open up the kitchen and one of the bedrooms to expand the living room. This doubled its space. As a central point of the integration between the kitchen and the living room, we designed a white quartz countertop with a wooden top that serves as a support for small meals. To integrate the living room, we suggested an island sofa that serves both the living room and the TV room. Thus, a comfortable environment for leisure and relaxation was created. Tracia renovation

Located in the heart of the historic San Giovanni district, this 104 sqm apartment renovation by FiumeArchitecture is a sophisticated study in residential harmony. The project redefines the concept of "home" by blending the timeless charm of early 20th-century Roman architecture with a rigorous, contemporary aesthetic tailored for a private client. Design Philosophy: Dialogue with HeritageThe architectural narrative is built around the preservation and valorization of the original 1920s "cementine" tiles. These decorative floors are treated as functional artworks; they act as geometric anchors that define the different living zones within an otherwise fluid and open floor plan. The result is a home that feels both deeply rooted in its hist... More
