The project comprises a new development on Usserød Kongevej, consisting of five residential units and one commercial space at ground level. The building is constructed in light-coloured brick with decorative brickwork in a sawtooth bond, while the rooftop apartment is clad in copper. All windows and doors are finished in a copper tone, creating a cohesive architectural expression.
The outdoor areas have been carefully designed in accordance with the visions set out in the municipal plan for the creation of new urban spaces along Usserød Kongevej. In response to this, the building is set back from the road, creating a more generous and inviting relationship between the architecture, the street and the surrounding urban space.
