It was intended to take advantage of the natural boundary existing on the site. The woods on one side, the meadow on the other. As a boundary line, it was created a new stream, an artificial brook, which serves as a guideline to a place of jeux linéaire.
The notion of margin is embodied in the difference of materials used on both sides: the scratchy and irregular rock on the meadow bank in contrast to the regular, smooth and geometric concrete on the woods bank. This new watercourse is constructed in concrete pigmented with iron oxide, in order to assume an earthy color.
Over the waterline, footbridges are created as an extention of the Bois's existing pedestrian pathways and connecting them to the sports fields on the other side of the meadow.
In short, an artificial stream as a metaphor of the water cycle.
