Have you ever imagined what your life would be like in a smart mobile home? Or even better, imagine what it would be like to have your translucent smallholding and in just 30 minutes be able to enjoy a luxury home with the latest technology and fully equipped to live in it. Surely you had not imagined it because the mobile home as we had known it until now was for vacation use and not residential. For that reason, KEU1 is born.
KEU1 is a different, durable home, with the highest energy efficiency, equipped with the latest construction systems and equipped down to the smallest detail. Inside we find two retractable day-night rooms, that is, the rooms of the house that are transformed as the hours of the day go by. Manufactured under the European framework UNE-EN 1647 relating to the manufacture of caravans, motorhomes and mobile residences. In this model we have given maximum importance to the equipment, leaving the possibility of connecting to its Wi-Fi network from the outside giving access to the living space through its lock with facial recognition.
At the entrance we find its central home automation Bussing7.1 screen on which we will manage intelligent curtains, air conditioning, underfloor heating or LED lighting. In its main room we find the most significant element of the project, that is a viewpoint made of safety glass on its 5 sides to be able to enjoy reading or connecting with the outside. A porcelain stoneware folding table welcomes us into the kitchen, which is connected to a suspended kitchen design fully equipped with: Wash dryer, dishwasher, integrated refrigerator or microwave oven, all of them from the prestigious Siemens brand and the IQ series.
Moving to the bathroom through the main room, we find ourselves in front of a large-format porcelain stoneware cabin with a rain shower, a suspended toilet and an intelligent home automation control to enjoy the comfort and relaxation of underfloor heating. In addition, the air conditioning is connected to the living room-bedroom-office in which we find some extendable mechanisms that provides some desks or work tables in the lower part of the garden. As rest time approaches, this room welcomes us with an Italian sofa bed from the Felis brand, which comes equipped with a 141 cm wide mattress, designed for a couple and located facing their 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, that at the same time is connected with a sonos surround sound system.
By way of information in the field of materials, the main thing at KEU is the commitment to the environment, which is why all the materials in the home are 100% recyclable. A tubular steel capsule on a 4-wheel axle with a light composite aluminum ventilated facade envelope, which has the DIT PLUS 553P/19 certificate. Due to its complexion and design, Keu is prepared to be inserted in the middle of nature, as an auxiliary dwelling, on a golf course, as a guest dwelling or the possibility of establishing it in a rural environment through a photovoltaic installation. Reaching the core we find a 100 mm section chamber made of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified polyurethane panel.
Collaborating with interior finishes in water-repellent mdf with matte lacquer finishes. All the pieces have been previously developed and tested by a group of engineers, that is, it is a tailor-made mobile home in which even the design of the seats or the dishes have been developed. Keu was born from the construction company Formas y Líneas S.L., which has its recognition and is dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of prototypes and specific custom parts. KEU1 is the beginning of the KEU saga, on which we are developing the pocket model and the F model that we will bring to light very soon.
