Substrate:


MDF normal flammability or highly flammable or MDF formaldehyde-free or non-flammable gypsum fiber Thickness / substrate MDF 16mm or 19mm Gypsum fiber 15 of 18 mm


Coating:


Veneered, veneer thickness prior to sanding 0.6 mm or a standard coating material such as RAL9010 oder RAL9016 or a coating material from the collection from 300m2 or painted in accordance with RAL/NCS


Perforation:


The substrate plate is processed in accordance with the acoustic and assembly specifications.


Microperforated:


500μm, 309’000 holes h/ m2


Noise absorption:


EN11654 aw 0.85(L) B assembly 216mm with faced insulation


Edge refining:


Raw clean cut or all the way around, adapted to the surface or/and grooved based on the assembly requirements


Surface:


Veneer natural matte painted Coating material untreated or RAL/NCS matte painted


Acoustic fleece black:


Laminated on the rear side
