The pursuit for simplicity of form achieves its maximum expression: the flush-fit Monolite RM armoured door remains perfectly flush with the wall, without any visible raised surfaces. The internal panel may be plastered with the same finish of the wall to become almost invisible, or can be set out by a contrasting panel in your choice of finishes and colour to harmonise with the style of the room. Monolite RM doors use Rondò concealed hinges, providing perfect flush fit, 180° opening angle and adjustment on three axes.

Counterframe: Galvanised 3 mm steel plate with installation spacers an a minimum of 14 anchor bolts. Minimum 14 securing points with adjustable and partially collapsible brackets welded to the counterframe for securing the frame to the counterframe using bolts and brackets. Welded beads and spots painted for protection against corrosion. Treated aluminium profile, for flush plastering, suitable for wall paint – installed as standard.
Frame: Galvanized 3 mm thick steel “Z” profile, painted RAL 9005 black, with a minimum of 14 fastening screws to the counterframe. Protection casing for hinge bolts, deviators and lock bolts, 2 mm thickness. Divided in 3 parts for easier insertion during installation. Frame/counterframe fixing screws visible with door open.
Door leaf: Galvanized 1 mm thick double steel plate, perimeter structure made of galvanized 1.5 mm steel plate, 2 vertical and minimum 3 horizontal omega-shaped 1 mm galvanised steel plate profiles, 2 fixed hinge bolts with chrome finish and welded to structure and omega profiles. Internal reinforcements. All fully bead and spot welded. 1 mm Skudo plate. 4 mm thick lock protection plate and 1.5 mm anti-drill manganese steel plate. Lock with anti-pushback system. Welded beads and spots painted for protection against corrosion. Two side deviators and upper bolt. Steel plate lead edge plating, prepainted silver, with fixing screws visible with door open. Standard wide-angle viewer at 1500 mm from the ground (at centre of leaf). Standard with smooth 7 mm MDF inner panel, primed for wall paint.
Hinges: 2 Rondò hinges (patented Bauxt S.p.A.), concealed, 180° opening angle, adjustable on three axes. Visible when the door leaf is open, with black cover and steel band.
Insulation: Inserted seal on door and frame, rock wool insulation, moveable threshold, oversized self-levelling draft stop blade for bottom seal.
Door furniture: Internal G2 handle and external fixed P1 knob, internal and external escutcheons, satin chrome finish.
Dimensions: LA standard 800-850-900x2100 mm. Max. single leaf LA: 1000x2400 mm (may be extended also as single leaf up to LA: 1000x2600 upon request).
