Moon is made entirely of lacquered glass and one of the unique features of the Moon door is its exclusively designed handle, which is a die-cast aluminum frame of minimal thickness that encloses an insert in glass, Litech, leather, synthetic leather, or wood to match the door panel. Moon uses an exclusive Rimadesio magnetic lock, and models with lever tumbler and key are available for both swing and sliding versions.
Moon is available in a double-leaf version or a version with a fanlight, making it an increasingly versatile and exclusive solution. Since its introduction, this door has been packed with a long series of technical and aesthetic innovations, including the total flatness of the walls thanks to the thin perimeter profile, the unique handle blended in with the insert in the same material, the innovative magnetic locking system, and a patented fastening system for secure and functional closure of the fixed panel.

Installation details
The Moon flush door is highly innovative because it can be installed with an opening by pushing or pulling, and the “S” shaped profile removes the edging profile where the door panel meets the jamb. The aluminum subframe allows for perfect installation both on brick and plasterboard walls. Moon is perfectly co-planar to the wall and offers the choice of a push or pull opening at the time of fitting the door, whilst guaranteeing complete freedom of design. The door comes with a hidden sub-frame that is fixed to the wall and a patented ultra-thin jamb that allows for the door to be moved upwards into the sub-frame so that it can be adapted to varying floor thicknesses when being fitted. As is true of all Rimadesio doors, Moon is reversible and does not require additional work to be done.
Dimensions
Moon is available in standard measurements and can also be made to measure. It is available in all the colors from the 40 lacquered glass Ecolorsystem range, with its frame in aluminum, or in the “white look” version, in milky-white lacquered glass with the aluminum frame lacquered in a milky-white color. The penthouse located in Via Orazio, Naples, provides breathtaking views of both the cityscape and the famous Vesuvius. The apartment is designed with a focus on brightness and elegance, featuring carefully selected design elements and a cohesive palette of colors and materials. The interior of the apartment is defined by a sleek resin floor and white walls, forming a clean canvas that highlights the living area and kitchen, which are separated by sliding glass doors from Rimadesio.
The sleeping area of the apartment features Rimadesio's Velaria sliding door, Cover wardrobe, and Moon door, emphasizing the apartment's contemporary style and practical design. The villa, situated on the outskirts of a charming town surrounded by lush vineyards for Prosecco wine production, occupies a spacious plot of approximately 25,000 square meters, most of which is suitable for construction.
