FSC®

The NorDan NTech range presents a high-performance window solution that aligns well with sustainable building principles. At its core, the frame is produced from engineered, responsibly-sourced timber — certified under FSC or PEFC standards — ensuring the renewable material carries a lower embodied CO2 footprint compared to many aluminium or uPVC alternatives. The option of external aluminium cladding combines durability and weather protection, thereby extending the lifespan of the window and reducing future replacement and waste.

Through double- or triple-glazed units and advanced seals, the system achieves low U-values and strong airtightness, which supports reduced operational energy demand for heating and cooling. On top of that, the company publishes Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for transparency of material and process impacts. By selecting the NorDan NTech range, designers and clients gain a window system that contributes to both embodied-carbon minimisation and operational energy efficiency — key targets in low-carbon architecture.
