Residential self-promoted building in Gràcia’s District, consisting of four levels with two duplex housing units and shared entry and parking spaces.

The ground floor is occupied by one apartment with access to a large patio at the end of the plot, and on the second floor we find the other apartment with a green terrace in the building’s rooftop. Every housing unit has cross ventilation and maximum sunlight exposure.
