The site is located at the major intersection of the A17/E403 motorway with the N36 Bruges-Roeselare highway. The master plan opts for a very concentrated building pattern, thus functioning as a clear signal along the motorway and for the nearby city of Roeselare, an economically dynamic area in the centre of West-Flanders. The office park clearly distinguishes itself not as a green office park, but rather as a 'robust economic signpost for the city'. Due to the high level of available space and the limited demand in the area, a phased development strategy was incorporated. From the start the architecture has consciously offered a wide diversity of façades and materials, in part to show off the high dynamic of the site from day one, in part to allow the occupant companies to identify themselves with their office. A central square has been provided with trees, which can be flanked by a hotel and possibly other collective functions such as childcare, horeca and other services. A green outer belt encloses the project, which will offer a total of 60,000 m² floor surface area. The excellent location makes the site accessible without causing any traffic nuisance.
